This is a night shift work. Rota is 3/3. Working hours 20:00 - 8:00.

Job description:
The Customer Service Specialist will act as an ambassador of our client brand in our Customer Service Center.
His/her mission is to enhance the customer experience via all the different point of contacts: telephone, email, mail or other remote channels. He/she is responsible for handling the customer whole lifecycle with both expertise and emotional bond required by the luxury environment set by our client brand.
Your profile:
• Native Czech and good knowledge of English
• Minimum secondary school degree is a must, higher education is a plus
• Experience in customer service
• Expertise in oral communication for each type of customer
• Courtesy and maturity
• Empathy, customer centricity
• Problem identification and solving skills
• Ability to multi tasks, attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a shift planning environment
