Job Description:
ICON Communication Centres s.r.o. (ICON) is a leading outsourced call centre delivering a range of communication services to clients across Western and Eastern Europe.
ICON Communication Centres seeks a dynamic & experienced individual in the fields of recruitment & head-hunting to find and place talent for its fast moving business.
Your duties:
• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Report to Recruitment Manager
• Work with hiring managers
• Create job descriptions
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions in dynamic and fast growing environment
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
• Create contacts within industry
• Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Conduct pre screening interviews
Skills/Qualifications:
• Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal), with a secondary language being desirable (ideally Czech, French or German)
• Min 1-2 years experience in a head-hunting/ recruitment position
• Phone, recruiting, interviewing and people skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a great eye for skill and judge of character
• Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
• Be persuasive, persistent and patient
• Be able to cope with pressure
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Have a mature personality
• Able to work as part of a team but also on an individual basis and flexible
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Multilingual working experience desirable but not essential
