How to make Tandoori Aloo ?

        TANDOORI ALOO
Ingredients:
Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
Tandoori Masala 1 packet
Lemons 3
Chopped Green Chilies 3
Chopped Mint Leaves ½ bunch
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Method:
• Cut potatoes into cubes.
• Add in tandoori masala and some salt.
• Take some oil in the pan and fry potatoes till golden brown.
• Take it out on a dish and add in lemon juice, 1 tsp roasted cumin and crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies and ½ bunch of mint leaves. Serve hot.
