Desired Skills
The Fellow Programme will be the default entry level program for consultants with a Bachelor’s and/or a Master’s Degree. Pakistan Office Fellows will take responsibility for part of the problem solving for client engagements they are assigned to. They will play a key role in contributing to the team's final recommendations through fact-based analysis they have carried out. They will also be expected to participate in presentations of recommendations to clients. In addition, fellows will be trained to develop skills in a number of other areas including research, business development and communications. We look to hire individuals with leadership potential, integrity, a sharp analytical mind, thorough professionalism, and the ability to work with people at all levels in an organization.
