• Assistant Manager Marketing will follow with the departments like Processing, Stitching, Export & Purchase for orders, approvals, developments, trims’ availability. • Provide support to Manager Marketing for costing related issues as and when required. • Rectify discrepancies if found in process proactively and update management on the actions/ strategies for future. • Communicate directly with customers related to the order execution matters, approvals & Shipments as well as quality. This includes everything related to the execution of order. • Update customers on the status of their shipments and on the process developments. • Develop TNA (Time in action Sheet) for new orders and share with the customers. • Maintain order related customer files as per the QA standards. • Review and update files on monthly basis. • Coordinate with customers for essential documents from time to time. • Prepare/Review stitching planning status within stated timelines. • Prepare/Review Greige File based on the ship date and # of process days. • Review & validate Performa invoices, contracts, Pos (to processing) for the accuracy. • Review Team’s performance related to order execution and provide timely feedback. • Rectify discrepancies if found in performance proactively and update management on the actions/ strategies for future. • Conduct team meetings and gather feedback from the team members and coordinate with other departments within the organization to address delays and other complexities of work. Support the work of subordinates to get it done on time. • Keep the Manager Marketing updated of the findings and plans. • Conduct PM Sessions of team members quarterly and address any performance lapses with the help of development plans and reward/appreciate commendable performances timely – nominate subordinates for the Company reward scheme as per merit. | |
