Part Time Trainer Jobs in IOM Islamabad 2014

Under the overall supervision of Chief of Mission and under direct supervision of National Operations Officer; the successful candidate will be responsible for:
    To conduct orientation sessions based on the curriculum provided by the CO coordinator.
    Prior to session, to contact IOM/Islamabad (CO office) and ensure that training venue, training supplies, tea/lunch, and equipment will be adequate and ready for a particular session date.
    For each session, to keep CO Attendance sheets up to date, and to prepare and sign certificates. After completion of session, immediate coordination with hotel management (Accounts section) to ensure that trainer/participants’ lunch invoices are confirm.
    Compilation of evaluation remarks collected from participants at the end of each training session.
    Compilation of the trainer’s global remarks about all aspects of the training (participants, sessions, venue, attitudes, etc.) during a specific reporting period.
    Preparation of CO Attendance stats as prescribed by the funding agency.
    To undertake duty travel if needed.
    Perform other duties and activities as requested by the IOM Islamabad Office.

Language requirement:
Fluency in Dari, Farsi, English

Minimum qualification:
Bachelor’s degree

Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years of relative work experience.
