We are looking for an energetic, Proactive Account Manager to independently and successfully run with a Key Retail Account.

Requirements• Three-year relevant degree/diploma, or a great story.
• A minimum of three years advertising experience. Retail experience advantageous.
• Computer and internet literacy, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chase.
• Good planning, follow-through and organisational skills.
• Good communication, teamwork and relationship building skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Attention to detail with responsibility and accountability.
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Personal Skills/Attributes
• Have the ability to run with all Client jobs from inception to completion.
• Prepare for and effectively run Client meetings and take Client briefs.
• Minute client meetings within 48 hours (write contact reports).
• Update weekly status reports and run weekly Client status meetings.
• Write accurate and meaningful creative briefs and have the ability to give a
 meaningful verbal brief.
• Evaluate creative against the Client brief and supply meaning feedback within
 creative reviews.
• Effectively present agency artwork to Client.
• Maintain awareness of marketing and industry trends and share all information
 with Clients.
• Be involved in strategy development and make recommendations for how to grow
 Client business.
• Keep internal and Client administration up to date.
• Ad hoc national travelling to stores.
