Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering specialization in Communication and Security
Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Manage operational tasks related to CiscoIP Telephony, Cisco Contact Center Express and MIS Enterprise Data Network
Monitor MIS Network and meet defined Uptime for IP Telephony, UCCX and EDN
Follow up with technical teams for network connectivity related issues.
Coordinate with vendors for operational support
Must have knowledge of routing and switching
Must have knowledge of VOIP Protocols (H.323, SIP and MGCP)
Must have knowledge of Cisco Firewalls and VPN
Must have understanding of Network Security technologies and Routing Protocols
