Hold anLLB / LLM degree
Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Review and draft various Agreements, MOU and financing documents
Review/draft letters and notices related to Contractual issues
Endorse the reviewed agreements
Draft and present legal opinions for all contractual matters to various departments
Research all legal matters and draft memos
Manage Contracts as and when required
Must possess knowledge of the legal framework
Must have good drafting skills
Must be a team player
