Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Produce business from existing and new customers as per assigned target; individually and team
Keep association with pre and post sales for finalizing solutions in accordance with Marketing team
Follow-up critical service issues
Keep strong management nerves for issue resolution with relevant teams for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure real sales, revenue and retention as per assigned target
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding to sales, revenue and invoice clearance
Coordinate with billing and receivables department to resolve billing related issues
Analyze competitors and their offerings
Renew / amend contracts and handle signoffs
