Customer Care Representative Jobs in Mobilink GSM (Multan)

Hold a Bachelors degree in any discipline; Masters degree would be added advantage
    Have a 1 -2 years customer care experience
    Handle operational activities over service/sale counters
    Handle walk-in customers according to the assigned counter or assigned role
    Welcome, guide and manage each walk-in customer when in the role of Floor Greeter
    Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stake holders for issue resolution
    Must have excellent communication skills
    Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
    Must be proficient in operating MS Office suite, especially MS Word and MS Excel
    Should be a team player and energetic
    Should be able to multi-task
    Should have a pleasant and presentable personality
    Should be even tempered
