Manager Credit Control
The ideal candidate should have the following experience, qualification and skill sets:
- A Masters Degree preferably in Finance or CA intermediate/ ACCA qualified with article period completed from a renowned firm of Chartered Accountants
- A minimum 5 years of experience in managing country wide credits and recoveries with sound knowledge of accounting and taxation laws especially Federal and Provincial Sales Tax Laws
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well conversant with MS Outlook, MS Excel and ERP systems preferably SAP
- Ability to meet target dates with time constraints while adhering to guidelines
- Ability to work in collaboration with team and maintain strong cross functional relationships
- Ability to manage customers effectively and build strong relationships
Age 30-35 years
Customer Care Manager
The ideal candidate should have the following experience, qualification and skill sets:
- A Masters in Business Administration from a reputable university
- A minimum of 5 years of overall work experience with 3 years at a managerial / supervisory position in customer service department
- Energetic and self motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage customers effectively and build strong relationships
- Capable of meeting deadlines and targets in a highly challenging environment
- Well conversant with MS Outlook and MS Excel
