Currently, the bank offers the following job opportunities across nationwide branch network.

Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising the smooth operations of the branch in compliance with banking regulations, policies and procedures to minimize operational risk and maximize profitability by ensuring provision of quality service. The incumbent will lead the team to strengthen branch internal controls, ensure compliance of operational processes for customer service, account and cash management, security & safety, and fund management in accordance with KBL policy and SBP regulations. The person will be responsible for maintenance of branch premises. The position will also be required to assist the Branch Manager in routine branch workings and capacity building of branch operations staff.

Candidate Profile - Operations Manager:
-   Preferably Masters Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce from HEC recognized university.
-  Minimum one year of experience as Operations Manager or 3 years of experience as Operations Officer in a commercial or microfinance bank.
-  Skilled in customer service, cash management and branch documentation.
-  Knowledge of basic financial concepts, basic banking principles, practices and procedures.
-  Well versed with banking prudential regulations and thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory policies.
-  Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet.
-  Preferably be less than 30 years of age.
