Key Responsibilities:
· Total responsible of Sales Operations & Execution of Area Level activities
· Responsible for delivery of Area’s SOP numbers.
· Consistent delivery of key KPIs:
o Sales Tracking & Monitoring.
o Volumes / Target tracking.
o Responsible to deliver company’s mandates
o Record Management of Sales Fundamentals & assure no compromise on Quality of sales.
o Plan o gram & POS implementation.
o Perfect Store compliance
o Monitoring and Reporting of Competition Activities.
o Sales Force Management.
o Designing / implementation of affective / SMART PJPs for DMRs -Merchandisers.
o Strong relations to be built with customer
· Strong follow up & Coordination with Team & Account colleagues.
· Quality & speedy Execution of initiatives / NI’s at store level
· Good Relationship with customers
· Market competitor update & intelligence on monthly basis for all key stakeholders.
