Job Purpose:
Contribute to talent sourcing stream by managing/enhancing the existing capability of the recruitment process and maximizing the learning & development impact of the organization in line with the business requirements.

Key Deliverables:

  • Execute recruitment and selection plan and related processes to fulfil the functional requirements 
  • Designing the local training portfolio and managing the OTIF execution according to the requirements 
  • Ensure that the Internship programme is properly managed, tracked and measured for successful implementation 
  • Managing the sourcing & learning budgets and resources effectively 
  • Providing support to regional talent & learning initiatives
  • Facilitating BP’s in preparing sourcing plan and accordingly managing requirements. 
  • Liaison with BP’s for developing the learning calendar, having nominations & incorporating feedback  
  • To ensure that team members are properly trained, developed and coached so that they are fully prepared/equipped to take up future responsibilities 
  • An active participation in functional/cross functional projects from self/team perspective. 
  • Liaise with head hunters / placements offices / training partners to maintain an effective business partnering in line with business requirements 
  • Work closely with HR Business partners in developing appropriate recruitment and selection solutions required by the business / functions 
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in universities through regular engagement activities with an endeavour to build the Employer Brand. 
  • To serve as a link between HR and rest of the functions for all the sourcing & learning related matters


Essential requirements

2-3   years of HR experience.
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
