| Commi. Cum Ticket Clerk | HS/12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. |
| Jr. Clerk Cum Typist | HS/12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. typing proficiency in English/Hindi on computer is essential. |
| Sr. Comml. cum Ticket Clerk | Degee from recognized university or its equivalent. |
