That briefly stated the relevant facts for the consideration of this constitution petition are that the petitioner No. 1 is President Punjab SES teachers association which operates through the Punjab for securing the rights of the poor Punjab School Teachers and petitioner being office bearer of Punjab School Teachers association entrusted with the great responsibility representative in character and as such it is primary duty of the petitioner to keep strong check over malleable action of the authorities and discriminatory policy of the authority which are harmful for the Punjab School Teachers community and resulting into causing wrongful loss towards the Punjab School Teachers community.
for example in summer vacations deduction of Conveyance Allowance from Salary is totally against the rules and policies. All Punjab School Teachers community will stand against this illegal action in Punjab.
