Two Advance Increments to the Superintendent and other Staff of Judiciary Punjab on Account of LLB

account of LLB.
Kindly refer to the letter No. PR-C/Advance Increment/CD-336 dated 12-04-2017 on the subject noted above.
The matter has been examined in the finance department and it is advised that two advance Increments on the basis of LLB degree are admissible to the employees of BPS-1 to BS-16 of
honorable Lahore High court, civil courts, solicitor department and advance general Punjab w.e.f 12-01-2000. However, the same are not admissible w.e.f 01-12-2001 for having been discontinued in the light of finance department letter No. FD.PC.2-1/2001 dated 22-10-2001.
It is further clarified that the officers/officials who have already obtained the benefit of advance increment on the basis of M.A/M.Sc. are not entitled to the grant of advance increment, during the
operative period on the basis of LLB, being equal to M.A/M.Sc.
