Meet S. Charan. Definitly a symbol of courage and firm determination. He is 82 year old and is a sign of never giving up. He has spent half of his life trying to pass his matriculation exams (HSS certificate - 10th class), and he has so far found no luck. Mr. S. Charan has failed matric exams 47 times. He has been trying to pass matric exams since 1969 but so far he has been failing at it.
