Ingredients:
Fresh Milk 1 liter
Pine apple Cubes 1 tin
Apricots 2
Bananas 2
Boiled Rice 1 cup
Almonds 15
Chopped Pistachio 15
Sugar 1 ½ cup
Vanilla custard 3-4 tbsp
Kulfi Syrup 1 cup
Method:
In a pan boil rice with 1 liter milk and 1 ½ cup sugar and cook it till everything combines together. Dissolve 3-4 tbsp vanilla custard with some milk and add it in the kheer to thicken. Cool it and add in Kulfi Syrup, Pine apple cubes, 2 apricots and bananas. In the end, add in chopped almonds and pistachios. Cool it and serve.
