RECRUITMENT POLICY - 2016 FOR EDUCATORS AND AEOS
In continuation of this Department's Policy letter of even number dated January 19, 2016, the Chairmen, District Recruitment Committee / District Coordination Officers are requested to furnish double copy of advertisement for recruitment Educators and selection of AEOs under Recruitment Policy - 2016 for vetting from the Department prior to publishing in daily newspaper. Specimen of advertisement and Application Form are Annex-A & B.The rationalization of Marakiz and Schools in the tehsils shall be completed and notified by the districts on or before 10-03-2016 after observing all codel formalities as per recruitment policy and submit the said notification to the department along with the advertisement.
The EDOs Education have conveyed that allocated posts under Recruitment Policy are insufficient to address the shortage of teachers in schools and vacancies of teaching posts are available due to retirement on superannuation / medical grounds / in-service death / invalidation / compulsory retirement / removal / dismissal from service / pre-mature retirement / in-service promotion and SNE for up-graded schools. .
The Districts are allowed to advertise all the vacant sanctioned posts by 31.07.2016 including allocated number of posts in the recruitment policy for provision / redressal of shortage of teachers in schools.
At serial No. 17 of Letter of Agreement (Annex-B) of Para 6 of Recruitment Policy - 2016 for Educators and AEOs the words "from GCET, immediately after his / her selection" be deleted.
The Program Director, PMIU is requested to coordinate with National Testing Service for feeding of applications of the candidates, prepare and provide software to the districts for Recruitment of Educators and AEOs under the Policy for smooth and transparent completion of recruitment process.
The Program Director, Directorate of Development is requested to make arrangements regarding training of Educators & AEOs and observe brief outlines of the syllabus for each post, Teaching Standards, MS Word/ Power Point, Excel and Internet. Further, vigorously written tests and open book tests of each subject of Primary, Elementary and Secondary level for each category of posts of Educators and AEOs shall be conducted during the training.
