Subject: FULLY OPERATIONAL ECCs/CTSCs
I am directed to convey that as per reports received from field, Exam Cluster Centers / CTSCs at some places are not open on pretext of closure of schools due to which parents are running from pillar to post to get the roll numbers of their children. The state of affairs is extremely alarming as it could jeopardize the smooth conduct of examination.
You are requested to immediately take stock of the situation and ensure that all Examination Cluster Centers/ECC/ CTSC are fully operational and also facilitate students in getting their roll numbers by Saturday maximum.
