  • Hoesung Lee of South Korea appointed as Chairman of Inter-governmental Panel for Climate Change (IPCC) on 07th October 2015 as R.K. Pachauri of India resigned due to involved in sexual abuse scandal. The Headquarter of IPCC is in Geneva, Switzerland established in 1988 by UNEP and WMO. It has 195 member countries.
