About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic sales and customer service focused individual, with a passion for the outdoors for the Store Manager position at our Wellington store. You will lead a team in continuing the growth of the store, striving to reach and exceed sales targets, creating amazing store displays and maintaining a high level of customer service. You will be reporting directly to the New Zealand Area Manager.
Duties
•Day to day store operations including managing the sales floor
•Monitoring and achieving store sales budgets
•Ensuring a high standard in customer service
•Staff development and training
•Stock management and store presentation
•Managing the promotions and visual merchandising
Skills and Experience
•Previous retail management experience
•Proven sales record & strong customer service skills
•Results driven and approachable to both Customers and Retail Assistants
•Mature minded and a confident communicator
•A flair for visual merchandising
•Genuine passion for the outdoors
