| Perform role as per PSM and PSRM Stewardship of Investment Plans of plant site and issue monthly IP Report Conduct monthly Finance Panel with Budget-holders at Plant and issue a monthly variance analysis and revised forecast Stewardship of overall fixed expense of plant site Evaluate Investment Proposals as per SOP Finalize and adjusts the monthly revenue and variable cost numbers on the 24hr complex sheet. Liaison with F&P – Head Office Handle all plant site ARs while ensuring SOP compliance till delivery of LA#s Provide support to all departments at plant site in analyzing economic feasibility for various projects Optimization of TAB Runs and SAP reports Monitor & process PECAs and ensure timely submission to General Accounting Preparing Plant-wide LOAM for delegation of GM Plants Authority to other Managers/Section Heads at Plant Generating a report on quarterly basis for expressing efficiency gains/losses in terms of PKR Conduct MSA as per schedule and closing MSA points within target dates Timely report any unsafe acts / conditions on- and off-the- job | |
