The PS Core expert is responsible for end to complete data services design based on commercial product requirements with 2G/3G/LTE technologies.
Degree: Bachelors or Master's Degree in the area of Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Sciences or Telecom from a reputed University
Certification(s): CCNA/CCNP/CCIP or equitant knowledge

Your typical day at work:
- Primary interface for commercial / Product & Services team to analyse their product requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Identify feasibility and involvement of all involves network domains with the help of relevant teams.
- Produce Product Technical design for data services products and prepare Low level Design documents
- Manages changes within all product requirements, accordingly analyse their impact on services flows, feasibility based on supported features, update design documents and ensure proper implementation within the network.
- Manage complete database of all services design and track their changes.
- Responsible to drive all data services testing and analyse their results
- Provide expert level support to planning and operation teams to investigate and troubleshooting customer complaints
- Develop Technical roadmaps for data services based on commercial team ambitions and accordingly coordinate with planning specialists/Executives to ensure required features and functionalities within the network.
- Provide the product cost from CAPEX/OPEX perspective to help commercial teams for calculating their Profit and loss statements for each product/service.
- Coordinate with technical teams within different Bus and group for local BU alignment and also utilize other BU knowledge and experiences for local services
- Analyse current services flows for optimizing network resource utilization
- Responsible to analyse and improve quality of service and customer experience
- Responsible to coordinate with technology strategy team and align services roadmap based on CONTEST recommendations and proposed frameworks.
- Analyse new technical products/solution/technologies from vendors and manage trials
- Responsible for complete network technological transformation/roadmap recommendations.
