Responsibilities
•Monitor and perform routine fund operating preparation (such as NAV verification and disclosure, collateral calculation and management, fund unit dealing, creation/redemption handling, record keeping, trade settlement follow up , fee payment arrangement , corporate action and dividend distribution arrangement etc.);
•Communication with custodian and vendors on handling various operations tasks;
•To assist in development of operational platform (system and process);
•Monitor vendors’ service level;
•Ensure the operating procedures are adhered to regulatory and company policies and requirements;
•Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
•Degree Holder or above in Accounting / Finance/ related disciplines;
•2+ years of experience in financial industry;
•Knowledge in fund administration or Asset Management in back office is definitely advantageous;
•Familiar with fund administration and operations;
•High level of accuracy, sensitive to data and attention to detail is essential;
•Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•Capacity to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment, able to drive changes proactively and work under pressure
•Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
