This growing medium sized manufacturing business is currently seeking a National Human Resources Manager to join their business on a 12 month contract.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will be to manage a team of 3 HR and OH&S professionals and manage the Human Resources functions. You will be a Generalist HR Manager and will manage Employee Relations matters, Recruitment, Occupational Health and Safety, Learning and Development and Change Management within this exciting business. Your role will be national and you will partner with State Managers to drive excellence across the national business.
The successful candidate will have a HR generalist background with strong management experience in HR and OH&S. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources are desirable. You will be a strategic thinker and will be keen to obtain a role which is both strategic business planning as well as hands on.
