Job Description
Act as the first contact person in the respective OPC for visitors and callers while projecting a professional image. In addition, handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
It involves:
- Handle the Company switchboard for all incoming and outgoing calls, Faxes & messages as well as voice mail box and automated recorded greetings. Manage the call accounting system and keep clean records for the management.
- Handle the invoices received to the company reception and deliver it to Central invoices unit CIU.
- Receive and dispatch all Company mail and couriers and maintain the necessary records.
- Receive and direct Company visitors and calls as per the set proceedure.
- Assist in the various administrative tasks assigned in co-ordination with local HR&General Services.
