The Administrator is expected to be responsible of the administration and purchasing departments duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Administration:
The administrator will be responsible of:
- Managing the daily administration office work.
- Reading and writing the office emails.
- Preparing minutes of meeting.
- Correspondence with the clients and suppliers.
- Organizing and preparing the office documents and filing.
- Calculate the employees’ attendance, absences, vacations and salaries.
*Purchasing:
- Requesting quotations from suppliers.
- Preparing projects' bill of quantities and pricing.
- Preparing receipts and account statements.
- Responsible of tracking the clients and suppliers receivables and payments
- Responsible of the orders logistics and delivery.
