Joy Leong Consulting LLC is one of the Postal Service Office of Inspector General’s prime contractors for Contract Fraud Analysts (CFAs). I have been working as a recruiter for JLC for about a year and a half, recruiting CPA’s/Auditors for these positions. These positions though contract will basically be working full-time or up to 40 hours per week. Presently, the OIG is in need of contract CFAs in the following areas. :

The Contract Fraud Analyst program was developed with the goal of investigating Contractor and Health Care Provider fraud. CFAs provide valuable support to these investigations, by assisting in many investigative steps, including data mining, database research, bank account analysis, and witness/subject interviews.
Job Requirements
Requirements include:
§ Prior law enforcement and/or forensic accounting experience, including experience conducting contract and/or provider fraud investigations or audits.
§ Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze documents and elicit factual information.
§ Strong computer skills.
§ Ability to take comprehensive notes and generate detailed technical and non-technical reports based on the notes taken.
§ Good organizational and time management skills.
§ Good human relations skills, including the ability to communicate orally sufficient to express thoughts to a variety of people.
§ Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. Note: Any arrest, regardless of the final outcome of the charge(s) – e.g., dismissal or conviction – must be disclosed.
