Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing the CLM marketing strategy in order to achieve increased ARPU, dormancy revival and enhance product penetration through cross/upsell models, resulting in the financial objective of incremental revenues.
Identify and perform Usage and retention activities including campaigns for Prepaid/Post-paid base through superior analytics and segmentation models.
Proactive identification of campaign opportunities and Campaign management.
Stakeholder management
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
Team player adapts quickly.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Hands on experience of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
Strong quantitative & analytical skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
