To be responsible for delivering on the yearly Target for Revenue and transactions for the key products available on Easypaisa including both Over-the-Counter and Mobile Account.

Degree(s)/Major(s):     MBA from a reputed institution
Experience Required:     Minimum 3+ Years Experience (Experience with Branchless Banking Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:    
Deliver on the Profit and Loss responsibility for Over-the-Counter Channel products and Mobile Accounts.
Carry out Regular detailed analysis and provide Visibility of
Transactional Trends for different Products
Impacts of Campaigns on Products Usage
Cross - Usage of Products
After-effect analysis of price moves/ campaigns/ changes in commission on Trends
Carry out Segmentation exercise on a regular basis for the different Products of Easypaisa and work closely with the key stakeholders for the Planning, Development of acquisition, usage and retention strategies for each segment
Read, analyze and synergize learnings from various sources of information like Business Intelligence Reports, Brand Health Trackers etc in establishing a strong liasion between execution strategies and transactional patterns.
Work Closely with Pricing team to ensure profitability and Manage OPEX spend
Work in collaboration with Products team for any product/process improvements to refine the product uptake in the market
Work in collaboration with the Brands team for any new product launches and/or Campaigns.
Monitor & Track the Marketing Budgets and deliver on the overall marketing KPI's
