- Responsible for regional access network kpis
- Strong follow up with regional team to meet network avalibility kpis
- Co-ordination with different departments within tp i.e real state, security, pga for access network locations related issues
- Responsible for resolution of quality issues within agreed tat
- Responsible for the maintenance of access network locations
- Vendor and subcontractor management
- Ensure sla complaince from vendor & subcons
- Responsible for technical and personal development of the team
- Responsible for network roll out and expansion actitivies
- Serve as a strong regional interface towards commercial division
