Job Description
To manage BAU technical support activities and performing stakeholder management.
To liaise between GTO, Country businesses and group tech team to analyze and support critical situations, enhancements and Mass errors.
To ensure a successful delivery of IT projects to local customers according to the agreed implementation plan for the specific business assigned by Head of Projects in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
To diligently report project status to the PMO functions and raises alerts for Senior Management where necessary.
To undertake assigned Group IT Projects, work along with business, ITSC, ISCM, in order to implement new projects into production
Address assigned project issues until handover to PSS.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
To manage end-to-end delivery of assigned local projects.
To manage technical solution delivery in projects where assigned role is that of technical solution delivery.
To co-ordinate for in-country activities for Group-driven projects.
To be the primary contact for locally driven projects with the country stakeholders.
To understand customer’s business needs and how these needs can be translated into technical solutions.
To agree customer’s expectations and satisfaction criteria for project delivery and managing internal customer’s expectations accordingly.
To work with ITSC, ISCM and Vendors so as to provide quality project delivery to customer’s satisfaction, providing value-add where possible.
To ensure the key stakeholders in ITSC and ISCM understand Business needs and how to meet their expectations.
To address project-related issues and complaints (for project implementations and projects not handed over to PSS) quickly and professionally, ensuring resolution is provided on urgent basis for customers’ satisfaction.
To ensure timely reporting of project progress with appropriate project status and timely escalation of risks and issues to PMO.
To ensure significant problems are escalated to PMO, Senior IT management and Project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
A post graduate qualification preferably BCS/MBA/MCS
5-7 years experience in Information Technology and Systems including implementation and Business Controls
Excellent managerial, analytical, project management and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Financial Industry, Banking products, procedures, processes and policies
Ability to formulate plans, schedules, good supervision, analytical skills and staff Management
Knowledge of existing IT platforms / standards with insight into new and emerging technological advancements and an ability to innovate and upgrade the systems accordingly.
