The incumbents would be expected to provide protocol related services to high officials and senior management.
Protocol Officers (OG-4 & OG-3)
These are permanent positions and incumbents would be responsible to:
Provide proper protocol, travel and logistics related services to Governor, Deputy Governors, Central Board's Directors, delegates from World Bank, IMF and other International Financial Institution, government officials and the Shariah Board.
Organize/arrange air tickets and hotel reservations for Governor, Deputy Governors and Directors, Central Board through proper liaison with travel agencies and hotels as scheduled.
Manage visa processing for Governor and Deputy Governors from concerned Consulate/Embassies for overseas trips as scheduled.
- Coordination of travel plans with the relevant SBP-BSC field offices.
- Manage timely issuance of passport/renewal for Governor and Deputy Governors.
Organize protocol/flight passes of Governor, Deputy Governors and Protocol Officers from concerned quarters.
- Co-ordinate for payment of tickets, hotel bills and other incidental matters.
Coordinate and arrange official functions as directed by the Governor and Deputy Governors taking meticulous care of all the arrangements.
- Manage events hosted by the Governor and Deputy Governors at the Bank and the Bank House.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Master degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Age: For OG-4 maximum 40 years and OG-3 maximum 35 years. Relaxation may be allowed in case of highly qualified and relevant experienced candidates.
Experience: Candidates of Protocol Officer (OG-4) must have at least 05 and for Protocol Officer (OG-3) at least 03 years work experience of Protocol Services in a large organization.
Compensation Package:
Market based negotiable salary package within approved salary scale commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
