Work closely with the business partner and employee services teams to carry out the following:
-Design, develop and execute reward solutions/programs by conducting effective stakeholder and change management
-Manage Reward operations
-Support HRBP team in change management
Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors/ Preferably Masters in Human Resource Management/MBA
Experience Required: Relevant HR experience in two or more of the following areas (in addition to senior level operational experience in Comp and Ben):
- Organization Development
- Job Analysis/Evaluation
- Recruitment
- HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement Total Reward Framework that attracts and retains the right talent
-Ensure and oversee effective implementation of various variable pay and sales commission schemes across the organization
-Develop customized reward solutions
-Maintain salary equity across organization and propose revisions in salary structure if required
-Participate in implementation and maintenance of reward policies
-Working in functional and cross functional teams for various projects with regards to employee compensation and benefits
-Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of HR functions by participating and representing Telenor at HR forums, gaining knowledge from HR bodies such as CLC, CIPD, SHRM.
-Plan, manage and execute awareness campaigns and roadshows for the organization to create understanding of employee policies
-Any other project or responsibilities as assigned by the management
