Qualifications: A Master's degree in economics or related disciplines (such as, sociology, political science, anthropology, law) with 17-18 years' education (preferably from a top-ranking university).
Experience: 1-2 years' research experience is preferred.
Other Skills: Outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; initiative and reliability; strong interpersonal and organisational skills and attention to detail in addition, we would want candidates to have either strong quantitative skills (proficiency in STATA is an added advantage) and/or a strong grounding in qualitative methodologies (including, a sound knowledge of qualitative research methods and the ability to conduct field research).
