Postpaid Plans Selling within Consumer & Small Office House Office.
Sales Target Achievements on 10 days, monthly & quarterly basis.
To acquire postpaid subscribers/SOHO and ensure healthy revenue and collection (%) To be face of Telenor in servicing the customers.

Key Responsibilities:    
Responsible for achieving the assigned FCA and revenue Sales targets (Postpaid Voice Plans)
Achieve the assigned FCA targets (voice )
Manage customer portfolio to increase the penetration within the existing customer accounts (up selling)
Efficient use of Telenor's USPs as per the customer's requirements
Efficient use of sales tools
Guarantee 100% accurate information capturing for all customers on the portfolio
Fill the visit report after completing the scheduled visits for that day.
QUALITY OF SALES
Ensure to sell into the Consumer / Small Office House Office market where customer will use the product & will pay the incurred bill.
Responsible for Collections and minimizing Churn on his/her sold postpaid plans
Service & collection
Achieve collection (%) for the assigned customers
Promote payment through Easy Load
Contract renewal
Ensure renewals of contracts of subscribers at the time of expiry
FCA targets per month
Billed revenue per month
Collected amount per month (%)
Bad Debt
Competence on products
