To effectively manage the on-ground presence of djuice through Partner Network Program and brand activations to ensure impeccable experience delivery to customers

Key Responsibilities:    
Development of djuice Partner Network through acquisition of relevant partners to ensure right partner mix as per strategy
Tracking of the partners to ensure the right customer experience delivery on-ground
Ensure smooth execution of brand communication/visibility/merchandise initiatives on-ground
Ensure on-ground utilization of partners through brand activations
Active collaboration with S&D/Segments team to ensure maximum utilization of partner network channel
Communicate competitive activity across the segment and recommend counter attack plans
Monitoring & evaluation of Partner Network performance

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:    
Interpersonal Skills
Negotiation Skills
Relevant experience of working with 3rd parties/agencies
Should be presentable
Strong execution focused mind-set
Extensive local travelling and meetings with external/internal stakeholders required
