Hold a Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E.) degree
Have at least 1 year of relevant experience
Manage Deployment of DSL equipment at customer end
Carry out troubleshooting of DSL related complaints
Manage support for 3rd party Fiber and Microwave link
Carry out troubleshooting of LAN at customer end
Handle CRM effectively
Should have effective Communication skills
Should have suitable Troubleshooting skills
Should be proficient in MS Office and CRM
Should be efficient in preparing reports
Must possess adequate knowledge of WAN side issues
