The Role:
Business Development officer (BDO) will be provided exposure to outbound sales and services and will be a primary point of contact with the clients. The incumbent will be trained and be responsible for product marketing and sales, client servicing, loan booking, document processing, and ensuring timely repayment of loans.
Candidate profile: business Development officer (BDO):
Preferably masters degree in Banking/Commerce or Agriculture from HEC recognized University
Prior experience is not necessary
For male candidates valid license is a must as they would be required to conduct sales on their own motor bike
Good communication skills. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage.
Between 20-28 years of age.
