Distribution operations play an imperative role for the efficient & timely sales plans executions in field. Ensures smooth and cost effective operations between the company, customers, and specific third parties. Liaise with other departments and coordinate the activities and responses to the field staff and customers.

Major Accountabilities:
Strategic
-Partner with SFE and communicate secondary targets for all SKUs to distributors by agreed timelines.
-Evaluate / ensure distributor’s ROI through a combination of business improvement & cost reduction.
-Development, up gradation and communication of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for field staff.
-Developing & implementing Redistribution policies.
-Develop SLAs and review them regularly.
-Quality audits of distributors.
-Lead quality standards, establish and coordinate QA audits.
Planning
-Develop and execute trade term structure in line with demand generation plans, and ensure compliance.
-Appointment & termination of distributors as per procedure.
-Work out retail strategies and best practices.
-Planning of annual sales budgets as well as consolidation & compilation of regional budgets.
-Sales Infrastructure Planning.
-Evaluating the stocks pipeline at primary & secondary level.
-Sales forecasting and analysis for working out sales annual plans & subsequent monitoring.
-Helping field force in managing distributor profitability & viability.
Operational
-Develop and execute distributors’ replenishment plan for adequate and timely stock availability.
-Coordinate with FRA for distributors/export invoices management and account reconciliations.
-Coordinate & collaborate with Jamshoro (warehousing), and Demand Manager for effective replenishment planning.
-Own resolution of customer queries and distributor claims settlement, coordinate responses where required and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
-Monitor inventory and secondary target achievement for effective replenishment planning.
-Pursue completion of regulatory formalities through concerned functions for smooth execution of Afghanistan orders.
-Ensure samples distribution as per plan to all depots.
-Control & eliminate counterfeit / infringements through predefined operations.
-Training of field staff regarding the Sales Operations manual.
-Attend customer quires / complaints and take appropriate actions to resolve the issues.
-Ensure the integrity of secondary sales & stocks reporting.

KPI's/Measures of Success
Timely execution of replenishment plan as per objectives.
No delays in claims processing verification.
Optimize inter-depot transfers.
Zero delays in dispatches of samples.
Execution of distributors’ / export orders as per agreed SOPs

Minimum requirements

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Business graduate.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of proven practical experience in sales / distribution management.
- Strong planning and execution capabilities
- Customer focused.
- Strong communication (written and spoken Business English).
