A Press Information Bureau (PIB) said the four museum galleries showcase the historical value of events that unfolded in Punjab during that period, with the fusion of audio-visual technology, including projection mapping and 3D representation.
Renovated Complex of Jallianwala Bagh Memorial: Prime Minister Modi will dedicate the renovated complex of Jallianwala Bagh Memorial to the nation on August 28, 2021, at 6:25 pm, via video conferencing. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate the museum galleries at the memorial.
The presentation will be done through audio-visual technology to show the events of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, which includes art and sculpture along with mapping and 3D illustration. A sound and light show was also arranged to show the various events that happened on April 13, 1919.
This building was lying idle for a long time. Therefore four museum galleries have been created to reuse the buildings. These galleries will display the special historical significance of various events that happened in Punjab during that period. The pond located here has been re-developed as a 'lily pond', and the roads located here have been widened to facilitate the movement of people.
This garden will be kept open for tourists till 9 pm. For which no ticket will be collected. Three air-conditioned galleries have been constructed under the Jallianwala Bagh beautification project. In these galleries, apart from the documents related to martyrdom, there will be a scenario of the conditions of the country at that time.

(यह इमारत लंबे समय से बेकार पड़ी थी| इसलिए इमारतों का दोबारा उपयोग में लाने के लिए चार संग्रहालय दीर्घाएं निर्मित की गई हैं| ये दीर्घाएं उस अवधि के दौरान पंजाब में घटित विभिन्न घटनाओं के विशेष ऐतिहासिक महत्व को प्रदशित करेगी| यहां स्थित तालाब को एक 'लिली तालाब' के रूप में फिर से विकसित किया गया है, और लोगों को आने-जाने में सुविधा के लिए यहां स्थित मार्गों को चौड़ा किया गया है|)
(इस बाग को रात 9 बजे तक पर्यटकों के लिए खुला रखा जाएगा| जिसके लिए कोई टिकट वसूली नहीं की जाएगी| जलियावाला बाग सुंदरीकरण प्रोजेक्ट के तहत तीन एयरकंडीशन गैलरीज का निर्माण किया गया है| इन गैलरीज में शहादत से जुड़े दस्तावेजों के अतिरिक्त उस समय में देश के हालातों का परिदृश्य रहेगा|)
