PSL V 2020, Match 14: Karachi Kings won by 5 wickets
The 14th match of the HBL PSL V was played between Karachi Kings and Islamabad United at Rawalpindi Stadium. Karachi Kings won the toss and elected to bowl first.
Islamabad United couldn't start well as they lost their opening batsman very early. But Luke Ronchi played exceptionally well and was unbeaten till the end of innings. He scored 85 runs of 58 balls. He was supported by their captain Shadab Khan who made 54 runs of 31 balls.
At the end of innings Islamabad United made 183 runs for loss of 3 wickets.
Karachi Kings lost their opening batsman Babar Azam in the very over. But then,Sharjeel Khan played and scored 38 runs of 20 balls. Delport also added 38 runs. 3 wickets fell in succession but eventually Karachi Kings won by 5 wickets.
