Pay- Monthly gross emoluments of approximately Rs.3.75 lakhs at the beginning of the scale plus a three bed rooms accommodation in Cuffee Parade, Mumbai, chauffer driven office car and other perquisites as per Institute’s rules.
Eligibility criteria
Educational Qualification- Postgraduate in any discipline with CAIIB / or Ph D (in Banking or Finance). Desirable: MBA from a reputed business school.
Experience- Should have worked for 3 years as General Manager in a Public Sector Bank or equivalent in Private Sector Bank / Financial organisation or Professor ( under UGC scale) in a reputed academic organisation. However, preference will be given to bankers / academicians having higher level of experience with exposure to training and developmental activities.
Age- Minimum 50 years and maximum 60 years as on 30.09.2020. Preference will be given to candidates in the age range of 50-55 years.
