HBL PSL V, Match 9: Quetta Gladiators beat Islamabad United by 5 wickets
Quetta Gladiators won the toss and decided to bowl first
Batting first Islamabad United posted 187 for the fall of 7 wickets. At some stage Islamabad team was expected to cross 200 plus runs plus but the Quetta bowlers restricted them and bowl good in last 5 overs of the innings to stop the Islamabad team.
In the reply Quetta openers started off well but the wickets start falling after regular intervals. Small contributions were made by every batsmen. In the end Sarfraz, Nawaz and Ben Cuttings played the match winning innings which helped Quetta to won the match by 5 wickets with 2 balls remainng.
Player of the match award was given to Ben Cuttings for his match winning performance
