In South Africa, the Huawei is banned from using the Facebook. i.e. the the huawei phones will not have pre-installed Facebook. However, the existing user may use their Facebook but the new Huawei Phones will not be able to use Facebook.
The users will have to download Facebook from play store but after the US ban this may seem not possible.
