Up-gradation of Primary and Elementary Schools & Teacher Salary Increase 2019

Directorate of public instruction (elementary education) Punjab, 9-a, Hall Road, Lahore has issued a letter today on 23-10-2018 regarding up-gradation of primary and elementary schools & teacher salary increase 2019.

1st reminder immediate action matter

All Chief Executive Officers, District Education Authority, in Punjab except Hafiz Abad, Gujrat, Layyah, Jhang, M.B. Din Khanewal, Muzaffargarh, Chakwal Okara & Sialkot.

Subject: UP-GRADATION OF PRIMARY AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS OF THOSE UNION COUNCILS WHERE ELEMENTARY OR HIGH SCHOOLS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

In continuation of Government's letter vide no. SO (DEA) 146/2017 dated 16.05.2017 and 17.082018 and this Directorate letter vide No. 2053/P-11 dated 31.081018 on the subject mentioned above. 2. YOU are again directed to prepare accurate lists of schools from amongst the notified lists, allocate sufficient funds in the budget of DEAs under relevant head as advised by the Finance Department and make payments to the teaching and non-teaching staff of evening classes in accordance with the provisions of the policy and as per advice of Finance Department 3. You are also directed to furnish complete and accurate Information on EXCEL format (as proforma attached/In Ring Binding Shape) about working of double shift schools enabling this department to undertake necessary further action within THREE DAYS POSITIVELY. 4. The matter may be taken upon a PRIORITY basis.
