Imran Khan to take oath as Prime Minister on 18th August 2018
General Elections held on 25th July 2018 in Pakistan.Pakistan Tehrik Insaan (PTI) emerged as leading political party in General Elections 2018.
PTI won 115 general seats of National Assembly and became victorious in Elections. PTI made alliances with independent candidates and other small political groups,so they are now in a position to make Federal Government as well as provincial governments in Punjab and Khyber Paktunkhwa.

The President of Pakistan has called on Parliamentary Members on 13 August 2018.The new Parliamentarians with elect their new speaker, deputy speaker and Prime Minister.
Imran Khan is nominated by PTI for seat of Prime Minister of Pakistan.The oath taking ceremony will be held on 18th August 2018 in the President House. Imran Khan has invited 1992 World Cup winning team and his Indian Cricketers (Kapil Dev, Navjot Sidhu) on this event.
